Bending Spoons Mil an is seeking a talented privacy counsel to help embed privacy by design across products and platforms. You will work with Product, Engineering, and Legal to shape compliant features and policies, and guide teams through global data protection requirements.

With a law degree and practical in‑house or firm experience, you will manage DPAs, DPIAs, and privacy policies, conduct audits, and stay ahead of evolving regulations.

Qualifikationen

• After obtaining a law degree, you practiced at a law firm or as in‑house counsel.
• You have experience handling privacy-related legal work.
• You can work with cross-functional teams to ensure privacy compliance.

Aufgaben

• Partner with cross-functional teams to embed privacy-by-design principles and translate regulatory requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Identify privacy risks and opportunities early to shape compliant features and processes.
• Manage privacy-related legal work, drafting DPAs, privacy policies, LIAs, and DPIAs with AI tools, ensuring global compliance.
• Conduct privacy audits and coordinate external advisors across business and technical teams.
• Stay ahead of privacy developments and share guidance to support ongoing compliance and sound decision-making.
