Bending Spoons seeks a talented, driven, collaborative compliance professional to shape and run our governance framework. You will advise across corporate liability, disclosures, sustainability, health and safety, sanctions, and enforcement response processes, and you’ll design scalable tools and AI-powered workflows for a high-growth business.

You’ll also lead training for teams, monitor regulatory developments, and support acquisitions and integrations across jurisdictions from due diligence

Qualifications

• Strong analytical thinking and ability to structure complex problems.

• Proficient written and spoken English.
• Gained experience after earning a law degree, in law firm or in-house counsel.

Responsabilités

• Guide compliance matters cross-functionally on corporate liability, disclosures, sustainability, health and safety, sanctions, and enforcement responses.
• Design and operate the compliance strategy and governance frameworks.
• Support acquisitions and integrations from due diligence to integration.
• Train teams and raise awareness of compliance practices.
• Build scalable legal tools and AI-powered workflows.
