MotorK is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Milan-based team. You will be the primary contact for dealers, guiding them through digital strategy definitions and working closely with Sales on pilots, renewals and expansions.

The ideal candidate has automotive dealership experience, native Italian, fluent English, and a customer-oriented mindset. This full-time hybrid role offers growth, training, and a collaborative environment in Milan.

Competenze

• Must be a native Italian speaker and fluent in English.
• Experience working in automotive dealership environments.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Tech-savvy with a digital mindset.

Mansioni

• Be the first and main point of reference for dealers after contract signing.
• Support customers in defining and executing their digital strategy.
• Lead client engagements across levels and collaborate with Sales on pilots, renewals, and expansion.
• Evaluate dealer performance including website quality and feature adoption.
• Develop lead-generation campaigns with Sales and share insights from benchmarks.
• Conduct training sessions on product features and updates.
• Share industry best practices to maximize value from MotorK solutions.
• Liaise with Content Editors to keep training content up to date and improve processes.
