Job summary

TeamSystem is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to lead the development of AI-powered platforms and scalable software architectures in the Data, AI & Analytics department. You will design data pipelines and integrate AI solutions leveraging LLMs, while managing production lifecycle, security, and documentation.

The role requires strong Python skills, cloud experience, and a 4-day workweek hybrid model in Milano or Torino offices. English fluency (C1) is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in AI Engineering, ML, or related software engineering roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with LLMs and Generative AI.
• Experience designing scalable software applications, APIs, and microservices in cloud environments.
• Knowledge of relational and vector databases, data pipelines, and structured/unstructured data.
• Familiarity with containerization and modern software practices (Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD).
• Advanced proficiency in English (C1).

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and evolve AI-powered platforms and scalable software architectures.
• Design and integrate data pipelines across relational and vector databases; implement AI solutions using LLMs.
