Job summary

TeamSystem is seeking a senior AI software engineering leader to direct and grow a team focused on agent orchestration and multi-agent workflows in Milan or Turin. You will stay hands-on, review code, and drive the evolution of the AI platform while collaborating with product and architecture teams.

You will prototype, evaluate frontier models, and shape technical priorities, balancing delivery with scalable, observable systems. Fluency in Italian and English is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Hands-on with AI models, memory, evaluation harnesses, and context management.
• Experience building platforms/services used by other development teams, including API design.
• Strong communication in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of AI software engineers focusing on agent orchestration and multi-agent workflows.
• Remain hands-on with the codebase and conduct technical reviews.
• Experiment with frontier models and evaluation harnesses, integrate effective solutions.
• Define the team’s technical priorities with product teams and AI platform org, focusing on outcomes.
