Infoplus Technologies UK Limited is seeking a Lead Architect to drive the architectural vision for enterprise-grade Conversational AI and GenAI platforms, spanning multi-cloud deployments and LLM orchestration.

You will own the governance, design, and evolution of AI services, with deep focus on AI/ML and cloud-native platforms, and you will lead incident resolutions and stakeholder communications with CXO-level audiences.

Qualifications

• Experience designing AI platforms and governance for enterprise-scale systems.
• Proven track record in multi-cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Hands-on with LLM orchestration frameworks and RAG patterns.
• Strong stakeholder management and CXO-level presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead architectural vision, governance and evolution of AI platforms.
• Architect multi-cloud solutions across AWS, Azure and GCP.
• Oversee data pipelines via Python ETL to cloud analytics.
• Manage incident escalations and cross-functional resolution.
