Job summary

ComplyPlatform.com in Padova (Italy) is seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop and integrate AI solutions, working closely with software architects, DevOps and data experts to scale architectures based on microservices and cloud infrastructures.

The role requires a Master’s in ICT, 2+ years in advanced software development with LLM-based AI agents, and Scrum/Agile experience. You will join a multidisciplinary, international team and contribute to innovative, scalable projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in advanced software development roles, including development and release of LLM-based AI agents and architectures integrating LLM/RAG/Agentic AI.
• Familiar with Scrum/Agile principles and working by objectives.

We are looking for a highly motivated AI Engineer to join our development team at ComplyPlatform.com .

The selected candidate will design, develop and integrate advanced solutions based on Artificial Intelligence, working closely with software architects, DevOps engineers and data experts to scale and optimize complex architectures based on microservices and cloud infrastructures.

Core Requirements

• Education: Master’s degree in ICT subjects.
• Experience: At least 2+ years of work experience in advanced software development roles, development and release of LLM-based AI agents (orchestration, state management, evaluation, RAG, wiki), implementation of architectures integrating LLM/RAG/Agentic AI.
• Working methodology: Used to working by objectives and well-established familiarity with the Scrum methodology (“Sprint”) and Agile and Lean principles.
• Soft Skills: Effective communication skills, proactive attitude and a propensity for working in multidisciplinary international teams, as well as the ability to organize one’s own work and to synthesize.

Technical and Professional Skills

• Architecture & Integration: Excellent knowledge of REST APIs and design of microservices architectures.
• Version Control: Excellent knowledge of GIT for code versioning and management of complex branching models.
• DevOps & Delivery: Excellent knowledge of Build & Packaging processes and Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) systems.
• Cloud & Containerization: Proven experience with AWS infrastructures and workload management through Kubernetes/EKS.
• Programming languages: Proven and solid knowledge of Node.js, Java, Python.
• Database & Caching: Proven and established experience working with: MongoDB, Redis, ElasticSearch
