Job summary

BluLang is seeking an experienced engineer to design, build and run AI agents central to our offerings across WhatsApp, voice and web. You will take an agent from a first prompt to production, ensuring safety, measurability, and real business value.

You will collaborate with designers in Milano and engineers in Guangzhou, shaping reusable components for BLUbot and BPI while delivering tangible results in a fast-paced environment.

• Hands-on work with large language models: prompting, tools, retrieval.
• Strong judgment on privacy, safety and failure modes.
• Care for the person on the other side of the conversation.

You will design, build and run the AI agents at the heart of our work: assistants that answer, book and sell on WhatsApp, voice and web, and the automations behind them. You will take an agent from a first prompt to production, and keep it measurable, safe and useful once real people start talking to it.
