N-iX is seeking an AI Enablement Lead to drive the identification and implementation of AI use cases across IT Operations, IS Operations and Governance. You will translate business challenges into practical AI solutions with measurable productivity gains.

You will collaborate with operations teams and external providers, define solution concepts, coordinate delivery, establish baselines, and maintain the AI use-case roadmap to ensure real business value.

Competenze

Experience in AI enablement or digital transformation projects.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong analytical skills to measure productivity improvements.
Experience coordinating internal teams and external partners.
Good understanding of AI governance, security, and lifecycle management.
Excellent stakeholder communication skills.

Mansioni

Identify and prioritize AI use cases across IT Operations, IS Operations and Governance.
Translate operational challenges into practical AI solutions with business and technical experts.
Define solution concepts and priorities based on productivity improvements.
Coordinate delivery across internal teams, external providers, and the AI Solutions Engineer.
Ensure alignment with wider AI initiatives, governance and security requirements.
Drive adoption of implemented solutions within the operational teams.
