Formación

• Master’s degree with exceptional academic performance.
• Experience or strong interest in AI-powered service innovation, including generative AI, intelligent agents, and AI-native service models.

Responsabilidades

• Support client engagements in the Operations Excellence Program (OEP) with problem solving, hypothesis testing, and analyses.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and roadmaps for service operations and AI-enabled solutions.
