McKinsey & Company seeks a talented Operations professional to join our European Lean Manufacturing practice. You will solve client problems, develop hypotheses, and deliver actionable recommendations across European teams.

Based in one of our European offices, you will lead initiatives, collaborate with colleagues and clients, and gain rapid exposure to high-impact projects in manufacturing optimization and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required with exceptional academics.
• Broad experience in Lean Manufacturing methods such as TPS/kaizen.
• Proven leadership experience in work or extracurriculars.
• Willingness to take European assignments during the work week.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in English and local language.

Responsabilités

• Solve client problems by identifying issues, forming hypotheses, designing analyses, and synthesizing conclusions.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Europe to develop strategies supporting client objectives.
• Develop and implement lean manufacturing solutions with clients for tangible impact.
• Receive training, coaching, and mentoring from senior leaders within the team.
