Job summary

McKinsey & Company seeks a high-potential candidate for the two-year Operations Excellence Program (OEP) in Europe. You will work on client engagements, apply lean manufacturing and operations insight, and develop leadership and consultancy skills through on-the-job coaching and structured capability-building.

You’ll rotate across multiple client engagements, collaborate with colleagues across Europe, and build deep capabilities in manufacturing, product development, purchasing, service

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and exceptional academics required.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing and/or quality and/or compliance.
• Proven leadership in work or extracurricular activities.
• Willingness to take on European assignments during the work week.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication in English and the local office language.

Responsibilities

• Identify issues, form hypotheses, design analyses, and synthesize conclusions.
• Solve client problems and contribute to recommendations.
• Develop leading-edge operations and consultancy skills through coaching and training.
• Participate in curriculum covering six operations areas and apply learnings to client work.
