Amazon is seeking a Process Improvement Specialist Intern for 2027, based at the DLZ1 Delivery Station in Roma. You will apply AI and data analytics to drive improvements in a fast-paced logistics environment, collaborating with station management to identify and solve process issues.

Ideal candidates are penultimate or final year students in business/supply chain/economics, fluent in English (C1+), and proficient in Excel with strong data analysis and stakeholder communication skills.

Competenze

• Fluent English (C1) or higher.
• Penultimate or final year student in business, supply chain, transportation, economics or similar.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, macros).
• Ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, including leadership.
• Eligible for a full-time internship lasting 3 to 6 months.
