Job summary

GELLIFY S.r.l. in Milan invites motivated professionals to join as Innovation Analyst. You will analyze client needs, design AI adoption programs and enable change management across business units.

You will translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, facilitate workshops, present findings clearly, and help embed GenAI in daily workflows. Italian and English fluency plus 2–5 years of experience are expected. Flexible, hybrid work arrangements are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in economics, management, or engineering.
• At least 2-5 years of experience, gained in leading management consulting firms or modernly structured companies.
• Daily use of GenAI assistants — Claude and Microsoft Copilot — with working knowledge of the broader tool landscape (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, NotebookLM, no-code automation tools).
• Experience as a PMO in complex contexts.
• Experience in the delivery of process improvement & change & adoption programs.
• Aptitude for creative problem-solving.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills (oral and documentations).
• Nice to have: experience facilitating training sessions or workshops with business users.
• Curiosity to continuously improve in designing and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Providing the right business solution through direct contact with the clients.
• Planning and executing business analysis (marketing strategy, organizational structure, processes) and designing and implementing organizational models and ways of working that incorporate AI.
• Collecting information about the client's business through interviews, surveys, workshops, reports, and process observation — identifying improvement opportunities and GenAI use cases along the way.
• Analyzing and interpreting data to identify weaknesses and their causes, and mapping and classifying the resulting use cases by business function, expected impact, benefit, ROI and implementation complexity.
• Formulating recommendations and solutions through a structured problem-solving approach, considering the client's needs, capabilities, and limitations, and supporting the client in prioritizing them into a roadmap, with concise reports and clear deliverables.
• Organizing and managing specific tasks related to business projects and adoption programs.
• Conducting meetings effectively, creating clear and impactful presentations.
