ING Italy in Milan is seeking a Product Owner/Project Manager to lead an agile squad, refine priorities, and manage the backlog while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver value in line with local regulations.

You will analyze data, write clear requirements, define KPIs, and ensure quality through tests. Fluency in Italian and English and strong communication are essential for success.

Competenze

• 5+ years of product or project management in complex IT projects.
• Excellent data analysis and communication skills in English and Italian.
• Ability to manage backlog and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

• Work with stakeholders to understand business value and customer problems.
• Document requirements for upcoming releases and communicate progress clearly.
• Build, prioritize, monitor, and maintain the squad backlog for each sprint.
• Speed up decision making by ensuring data-driven analysis for features.
• Apply lean-agile knowledge to remove impediments and improve processes.
• Collaborate with the team to create new features and track KPIs across the value chain.
• Ensure IT risk and security considerations are addressed for squad assets.
• Prepare and support testing, release processes, and bug resolution.
• Align with ING Bank standards and gather technical requirements from business.
