Reply in Milano seeks a Project Manager expert to ensure specified use cases are delivered on scope and on date, with transparent status updates to the client from sprint through handover. You will coordinate with domain-expert workshops, plan delivery phases (data, adaptation, eval, deployment) and manage allocations, effort and timeline, enforcing formal change control for scope changes.

Fluent English and a background in AI/ML projects, plus experience with multi-vendor or EU-funded programs,

Competenze

• Academic background with a degree in Engineering Management, Economics or related field.
• Technical or quantitative background helps when collaborating with the engineering team.
• Experience or interest in AI/ML projects and delivery management.

Mansioni

• Hold the client interface from the specification sprint to final handover, coordinating with domain experts and steering meetings.
• Plan delivery phases (data, adaptation, eval, deployment) and close each phase with explicit exit criteria.
• Track allocation, effort and timeline against plan; enforce formal change control for scope changes.
