Competenze

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience in Agile development environments.
Strong facilitation, communication, and coordination skills.
Experience supporting cross-functional software or engineering teams.

Mansioni

Facilitate Agile team events and iterative development cycles for software and automation components.
Guide team members and stakeholders in Agile ways of working, promoting accountability, ownership, and collaboration.
Drive continuous improvement by facilitating reviews and retrospectives, tracking action plans and delivering quality improvements.
Proactively manage dependencies, risks, and impediments by identifying delivery challenges and coordinating with related teams.
Collaborate with software engineers, automation specialists, system architects, validation teams and other stakeholders to provide visibility into progress and risks.
