Leonardo SpA in Cascina Costa (Varese area) is seeking an AW169 Sales Engineer Specialist. The role focuses on customer requirements, technical proposals, and bid support for Civil and Military campaigns.

The candidate will coordinate technical offers, support negotiations, and assist pre-bid activities with product knowledge. Ideal candidates have an engineering degree (aeronautical preferred), strong English skills, and experience with MS Office tools.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering (preferably aeronautical) or STEM.
• Excellent/good proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong ability to build collaborative working relationships with multiple stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Respond to RfI/RfQ/RfP and prepare technical documentation for bids.
• Coordinate and integrate the technical offer package with Sales, Tender & Proposals; interface with Engineering and Program Management.
• Support negotiation with the customer for technical deviations from the Proposal.
• Assist pre-bid with product information, performance, configurations and competitive analysis.
