GE Aerospace in Brindisi is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for the MRO shop to drive technical content, define maintenance workscopes, and support non-conformances. You’ll translate technical requirements into shop execution, collaborating with Engineering, Quality, and Operations for safe and compliant overhaul processes.

The role requires interpretation of SDR manuals and engineering drawings, with a focus on end-to-end overhaul flow and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Degree in engineering with aviation MRO exposure is required.
• Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation.
• Experience applying lean manufacturing to overhaul processes is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct technical analysis for engine/module maintenance activities, defining the work scope and directing shop operations.
• Develop action plans to anticipate and resolve engineering problems.
• Ensure proper documentation of technical data per policies and procedures.
