Leonardo S.p.A. is seeking an Engineering Planner for the E&I Planning, Control & Performance Analysis area based in Cascina Costa (Varese).

You will support planning, budgeting, and performance analysis across technical areas, coordinating with leaders to align plans and forecast program progress. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with planning tools, English proficiency, and the ability to work in multidisciplinary international teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of project planning and scheduling methodologies.
• Experience with planning tools such as Microsoft Project and MS Office.

Mansioni

• Plan, monitor and coordinate engineering activities to support schedule, cost and quality objectives.
• Aggregate demand requests and align platform/program plans with Technical Area/Discipline plans.
• Monitor forecast and conduct schedule and cost variance analyses; identify critical paths and risks.
