Leonardo SpA in Italy is seeking an Engineering Planner to join the E&I Planning, Control & Performance Analysis team in Cascina Costa. The role focuses on planning, monitoring, and coordinating engineering activities to achieve schedule, cost, and quality goals.

You will collaborate with Heads of Technical Areas and System Engineers to forecast demand, align plans, analyze schedule and cost variances, identify critical paths, and propose recovery actions to maintain baselines.

Competenze

• Must have planning and scheduling experience in complex projects.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making required.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
