Leonardo SpA in Italy is seeking a Manufacturing Methodist to join Cascina Costa (VA) site. The role focuses on selecting and implementing methods to industrialize assemblies, defining manufacturing sequences, and ensuring on-time delivery.

You will prepare BOMs, develop documentation, and support production teams with technical guidance. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Engineering or equivalent, 1–3 years of junior experience, and good knowledge of engineering drawings, power

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical diploma with equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of junior manufacturing methods experience.
• Strong knowledge of engineering drawings and power transmission components.
• English language at least B1 level; MS Office proficiency.

Mansioni

• Determine and implement methods to optimize the product industrialization process for assemblies.
• Identify production workflows and define the sequence of manufacturing activities to optimize production efficiency and on-time delivery.
• Define, prepare and keep BOM with all parts, materials and consumables for assemblies and subassemblies.
• Monitor and improve KPIs for production processes to ensure operations are effective and aligned with objectives.
• Prepare technical documentation and work instructions in line with project standards; assist in non-conformity resolutions.
