Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking an Aero Alliance Customer Fulfilment and Experience Leader in Avenza (Carrara), Italy. This on-site role bridges shop floor operations with customers to ensure total satisfaction across the engine overhauling lifecycle.

You will lead cross-functional teams, standardize service processes, and deliver data-driven updates. A Bachelor’s degree is helpful, with strong English and relocation willingness to Avenza required.

• Own end-to-end customer journey from induction to final testing.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to optimize shop slot utilization and meet deadlines.
• Create standardized, professional decks and data-driven customer updates.
• Improve service delivery by analyzing feedback and driving improvements.
• Foster a customer-centric culture and train staff in best practices.
• Manage end-to-end customer site visit experiences as the single point of contact.
