Sonnedix is seeking an Acquisition Intern to join the Growth team in Italy, based in Milan. You will support reporting and acquisition activities across the portfolio, assisting senior colleagues in valuations of renewable energy projects and ensuring timely information collection.

You will help maintain tools and templates, participate in cross-functional projects, and help drive consistency as Sonnedix leverages AI and digital workflows to accelerate the clean energy transition.

Competenze

  • Degree in Economics, Corporate Finance or equivalent.
  • Interest in developing skills in financial modelling and valuation of renewable energy projects.
  • Interest in understanding Acquisition processes, including due diligence and transaction documentation.
  • Experience using or developing digital tools or workflows to improve efficiency, innovation and productivity.

The Role

Are you ready to put your analytical skills to work accelerating the clean energy transition?


The Acquisition Intern is part of the Growth team in Italy and reports to the Head of Growth in Italy, based in our Milan office. The Acquisition Intern will play a key part in a wide range of Acquisition activities, supporting the Growth team with reporting and Acquisition activities across the portfolio. They will support the correct, efficient and timely collection of information on Acquisition opportunities and will assist senior colleagues in performing valuations of renewable energy projects.


The Acquisition Intern will facilitate the preparation of monthly reporting packages concerning Acquisition opportunities and will assist in controlling the consistency of use of Acquisition tools across the Growth function. They will help keep processes, templates and guidelines up to date, ensuring the Growth team in Italy operates to a consistent standard.


The Acquisition Intern will also contribute to and participate in cross-functional and corporate projects, gaining exposure to the wider business alongside the Growth team.

In line with EU pay transparency requirements, salary ranges will be shared with candidates in the EU before progressing to the next stage of the recruitment process, and always before interview. This range reflects the typical starting pay for new hires. Pay above this level may apply in specific circumstances based on experience, skills, or role scope.
