Sonnedix is seeking an Acquisition Intern to join the Growth team in Italy, based in Milan. You will support reporting and acquisition activities across the portfolio, assisting senior colleagues in valuations of renewable energy projects and ensuring timely information collection.

You will help maintain tools and templates, participate in cross-functional projects, and help drive consistency as Sonnedix leverages AI and digital workflows to accelerate the clean energy transition.

Competenze

• Degree in Economics, Corporate Finance or equivalent.
• Interest in developing skills in financial modelling and valuation of renewable energy projects.
• Interest in understanding Acquisition processes, including due diligence and transaction documentation.
• Experience using or developing digital tools or workflows to improve efficiency, innovation and productivity.

• Support reporting and Acquisition activities across the portfolio.
• Assist senior colleagues in performing valuations of renewable energy projects.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages concerning Acquisition opportunities.
• Help ensure consistency of Acquisition tools across the Growth function.
