Hyatt Centric Murano Venice is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to support the hotel's financial operations, ensuring accurate billing, timely collections, and cross-department collaboration to maintain financial integrity. The role requires hotel industry experience and strong detail orientation in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The position also demands proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, along with a valid Italian work permit.

• Invoice management: ensure the accurate and timely issuance of invoices and other tax documents.
• Payment tracking: monitor, record, and post payments received, ensuring correctness and compliance with hotel procedures.
• Credit management: assist with customer credit processes in line with hotel policies, including credit applications, reference checks, and credit limits.
• Reconciliation: reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure all transactions are properly recorded and balanced.
• Follow-up: proactively follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve discrepancies or billing issues.
• Reporting: prepare and maintain regular accounts receivable reports, including aging summaries.
• Documentation: maintain accurate, complete, and well-organized records of all financial transactions.
• Cross-department communication: collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations and the effective resolution of billing and collection issues.

We are looking for a talented and passionate Accounts Receivable to join our team at Hyatt Centric Murano Venice. As Accounts Receivable, you will play an important role in supporting the hotel’s financial operations, ensuring accurate billing, timely collection of payments, and strong collaboration across departments to maintain financial efficiency and integrity.

Key Responsibilities
