Safilo is seeking an Accounting Specialist for the Italian Legal Entities at our Padova headquarters. You will support a broad range of accounting, financial and administrative activities under the Accounting Manager.

You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related field, with at least two years of professional experience in audit, consulting, or multinational settings. Proficiency in Italian and English, and SAP knowledge, are valued.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least two years of professional experience in audit firms, consulting firms, or multinational industrial organizations.
• Structured, analytical, and results-oriented approach.
• Able to work in multinational and cross-functional environments.
• Excellent proficiency in Italian and English.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365; SAP is a plus.

Mansioni

• Accounting management based on Group Guidelines.
• Supervision of Monthly/Quarterly/Year End Closing.
• Support for Budgeting/Forecasting activities.
• Prepare journal entries for posting into the general ledger, including payroll entries.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts, investigate and resolve variances.
• Support in preparing Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet analytical reports.
• Prepare monthly and annual accruals, assist in annual financials and footnote disclosure.
• Prepare audit support for internal and external auditors.
