Haier Europe is offering a paid internship in the Accounting team in Italy. You will gain a 360° overview by managing end-to-end processes, with autonomy in a dynamic, agile environment.

You will post journal entries in SAP, reconcile ledgers, generate Excel reports, and support SOX documentation. Italian and English proficiency is required; six-month term, on-site with meal tickets and shuttle.

Competenze

• Student in Economics, Finance or similar fields.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft 365.
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Post accounting journal entries in SAP in accordance with company procedures
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies
• Download financial data and create reports and summaries using Excel
• Prepare intercompany service forms and manage the signature process through DocuSign
• Support the preparation and circulation of SOX compliance documentation and ensure signatures are collected on time
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Assist the finance team in monthly and quarterly closing activities
• Maintain accurate and organized records of accounting documents
