Qualifications

• University Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in the funds industry and Client Relationship Services
• Good knowledge of Luxembourg corporate governance, structures, capital markets and investment products
• Fluent in English (verbal and written communication); Fluent in Italian (verbal and written communication); any other language is considered an asset
• Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; any knowledge of PE systems would be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for a dedicated client portfolio
• Understanding client products, requirements and handling all matters with a proactive approach to ensure constant client satisfaction
• Responsible for developing and cultivate long-term relationships with our clients
• Coordination with internal and external parties (custodian banks, legal advisers, AIFM, investment manager, auditors, distribution partners etc.) to deliver quality service on time as per client’s expectations
• Facilitate the flow of any information requested by internal teams or clients promptly and smoothly
• Active participation in the new client onboarding process and client change requests
• Assistance and taking ownership in internal projects representing the interest of our clients
• Participation in the organization of Board and shareholder meetings and resolutions

The Client Leader Officer focuses on quality and constant client satisfaction
