La figura mantiene coaching regolari, gestisce escalation e migliora le performance, conducendo riunioni e monitorando KPI. Si richiede disponibilità a turni e livello di inglese B2. Contratto a tempo indeterminato.

Qualifications

• Esperienza nella gestione di un team di circa 20 agenti di customer service.
• Capacità di coaching regolare per migliorare le performance.
• Gestione delle performance e implementazione di piani di miglioramento per raggiungere KPI.
• Gestione delle riunioni e comunicazione chiara con il team e l'Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

• Supervisionare un team di circa 20 agenti di customer service conformi alle politiche aziendali.
• Fornire coaching regolare e guidare il team verso obiettivi di performance.
• Gestire criticità e azioni correttive per raggiungere KPI e obiettivi contrattuali.
• Monitorare KPI e partecipare alle riunioni SAL per allineare le operazioni.
• Condurre riunioni di team e mantenere un ambiente inclusivo conforme alle policy aziendali.
• Rimanere aggiornato sui processi interni e contribuire allo sviluppo delle competenze.

Job Description: The Team Leader, Operations is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of call center associates. This position ensures performance metrics are achieved by providing adequate coaching, motivation and accountability. Come Team Leader riporterai direttamente all'Operations Manager e sarai responsabile della gestione operativa del team, del monitoraggio delle performance e del raggiungimento degli obiettivi di qualità.

Responsabilità principali:

• Lead and Inspire: Supervisionerai un team di circa 20 agenti di customer service, garantendo che il loro lavoro e la loro presenza siano conformi alle politiche aziendali.
• Coaching to Success: Fornirai coaching regolari ai membri del team per raggiungere e superare gli obiettivi di performance.
• Performance Management: Identificherai criticità e implementarai i vari piani di miglioramento, inclusa la gestione di azioni correttive del team per raggiungere i KPI previsti Achieve Excellence : Assicurarerai che i servizi rispettino i KPI contrattuali e gli obiettivi finanziari.
• Communication Expert: Stabilirai aspettative chiare e fornirai aggiornamenti tempestivi al team.
• Handle Escalation: Interverrai in situazioni complesse o critiche con professionalità Meeting Management: Condurrai Team Meeting per condividere informazioni, favorendo un ambiente inclusivo e rispettoso delle policy aziendali KPI e SAL: Monitorarai costantemente i KPI e parteciparai alle SAL (Service Alignment Meetings).
• Stay informed: Da Active learner sarai sempre informato sui processi interni e parteciperai alle varie attività con lo scopo di accrescere il tuo bagaglio di competenze
