Kids&Us is seeking an Academic Coordinator for our Brescia Borgo Trento school to join a passionate, child-centered team.

The role offers 20–22 hours per week, with a start date of 01/10/26, and a salary aligned with CCNL ANINSEI level 8A, prorated for hours.

Strong English proficiency (C2) and excellent communication help; teaching experience is a plus but not required, with room for growth in a collaborative environment.

Mansioni

• Guide and support teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events
• Monitor student progress and ensure meaningful follow-up with families (progress, attendance, grades, reports, development, meetings...)
• Conducting evaluations at the end of each trimester/story

Your role

• Guide and support teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events.

Salary

We offer a salary aligned with CCNL ANINSEI (level 8A).

The gross annual salary (full-time equivalent) starts from €22,017 and will be proportionally adjusted based on the agreed working hours.
