Kids&Us Language School in Messina seeks an energetic English Teacher/Academic Coordinator for a hybrid role. You will prepare engaging lessons, monitor progress, and build strong relationships with students and families while collaborating with peers.

Teaching experience is a plus; English proficiency at C1+ and planning skills are essential. Start September 2026 with a fixed-term contract.

For one of our school in Messina we are looking for an energetic and fun English Teacher/Academic Coordinator to join our team!

Boost your CV: add teaching experience to your skill set. We will train you in the use of our teaching method for children from 1 to 18 years old.

As our teacher you’ll learn to:

• Prepare your classes using Kids&Us’ lessons, music, games, stories and arts and crafts.
• Monitor your students’ progress and guide learners towards their goals.
• Develop strong, meaningful relationships with students, their families, and your peers and mentors to support the growth of the children.
• Communicate in an efficient, effective, and professional manner.

As a coordinator you’ll have to:

• Supervise academic processes following Kids&Us policies and method
• Support the director in teaching and administrative activities of the school

Requirements:

• Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
• Advanced or Proficiency level in English (C1 or higher)
• Have a Certificate of Carichi Pendenti with no previous record.
• Interest in working with children
• Planning and organisation skills

We Offer:

• Fixed-term until 31/12/2026;
• 12 hours per week as a coordinator and 6 hours per week as a teacher (in total 18 h per week);
• Young and stimulating work environment;
• Start in September 2026;
• Salary: We offer a salary aligned with CCNL ANINSEI.

As this is a hybrid role combining teaching and academic coordination, the contractual level (Level 5 or Level 8A) will be defined based on the prevailing responsibilities.

The gross annual salary (full-time equivalent) starts from €20,665 to €22,017 and will be proportionally adjusted based on the agreed working hours.
