Kids&Us Language School in Ostuni invites a dynamic Academic Coordinator to support daily school activities and provide operational and managerial help. The role focuses on guiding teachers, tracking student progress, and maintaining records to ensure efficient functioning of the school.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational skills, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities. Teaching experience is a plus, and a Certificate of Sexual Offences with no prior record is

For our school in Ostuni we are looking for an Academic Coordinator to join our team!

Contract type: Fixed-term contract until June 2027;

Hours: 20 hours per week, distributed over 5 working days;

Start date: 07 Septemember 2026.

Your role

This position involves providing both operational and managerial support to the daily activities of the school, contributing to its smooth and efficient functioning.

We are looking for a dynamic individual, with strong problem-solving abilities and excellent organizational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include

• Guiding and supporting teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events
• Monitoring student progress and ensuring meaningful follow-up with families (progress, attendance, grades, reports, development, meetings...)
• Conducting evaluations at the end of each trimester/story
• Managing and updating school systems and records, including accurate data entry related to students, classes, attendance, and academic progress

What you need

Salary

We offer a salary aligned with CCNL ANINSEI (level 8A).

The gross annual salary (full-time equivalent) starts from €22,017 and will be proportionally adjusted based on the agreed working hours.
