Kids&Us in Trezzano sul Naviglio seeks an energetic English Teacher/Academic Coordinator to join the school. You will teach using the Kids&Us method for children aged 1–18 and supervise academic processes.

Flexible with hours and ready to train in our method. The role combines teaching and coordinating duties, with a fixed-term contract until 30 Giugno 2026, totaling 14 hours per week (8h as coordinator, 6h as teacher).

• Advanced or Proficiency level in English (C1 or higher).
• Certificate of Carichi Pendenti with no prior record.
• Registered to the Centro per l'impiego.

Boost your CV: add teaching experience to your skill set. We will train you in the use of our teaching method for children from 1 to 18 years old.

As our teacher you’ll learn to:

• Prepare your classes using Kids&Us’ lessons, music, games, stories and arts and crafts.

• Monitor your students’ progress and guide learners towards their goals.

• Develop strong, meaningful relationships with students, their families, and your peers and mentors to support the growth of the children.

• Communicate in an efficient, effective, and professional manner.

As a coordinator you’ll have to:

• Supervise academic processes following Kids&Us policies and method

• Support the director in teaching and administrative activities of the school

Requirements:

• Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.

• Advanced or Proficiency level in English (C1 or higher)

• Have a Certificate of Carichi Pendenti with no previous record.

• Registered to the Centro per l'impiego

• Interest in working with children

• Planning and organisation skills

We Offer:

• Fixed-term until 30 Giugno 2026;

• 8 hours per week as a coordinator and 6 hours per week as a teacher (in total 14h per week);
