Domus Academy seeks an Intern Academic Coordination in Milan to learn the orchestration of teaching activities and harmonize school occupancy. You will collaborate with Course Leaders to support Master programs and enhance the student learning experience.

You will gain hands-on experience organizing timetables, coordinating lecturers, and supporting onboarding, attendance, and communications, while assisting with surveys and progress monitoring.

Competenze

• Good knowledge of the entire Microsoft Suite.
• BA/MA in Languages, Humanities studies or Administration and/or similar.
• Good knowledge of English and at least B2/C1 level of English.
• Student-oriented, highly motivated, precise, with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and problem solver; able to work in a team with various departments and students.

Mansioni

• Support organization of academic activities, including timetable prep and coordination with Course Leaders.
• Assist field trips and related administrative processes.
• Contribute to planning and scheduling ongoing didactic activities.
• Provide admin and information support to students via email and meetings.
• Support onboarding activities and front office assistance.
• Assist lecturers with attendance, documentation, and communication tasks.
• Contribute to collecting and analyzing student satisfaction surveys.
• Support monitoring of students’ academic progress and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in organizing academic events and other initiatives.
• Provide daily support to the PG Academic Coordination team.
