Job summary

Richemont, through Cartier, is seeking a Retail Trainee for its Southeast Europe boutique operations in Rome. You will support the full boutique team, welcoming clients, guiding visits, and ensuring a memorable luxury retail experience while embodying the Maison's heritage and standards.

You will assist with client appointments, coordinate with Sales and Stockists, and help with daily boutique operations, contributing to a collaborative and high-quality customer journey.

• Welcome clients and manage boutique flow to ensure a warm experience.
• Assist with client appointments and coordinate with Sales Associates.
• Support replenishment and upkeep of boutique facilities.
• Collaborate with the boutique team and uphold Cartier standards.
