A leading 3D scanning company based in Bressanone is seeking a talented 3D Computer Vision Engineer to join their team. The role involves developing geometric reconstruction techniques, optimizing workflows, and collaborating with ML engineers. Applicants should have a strong foundation in 3D vision through a relevant degree and industry experience, and be proficient in C++ and Python. This position may involve client engagement and technical decision-making, providing a unique opportunity to influence innovative workflows.

Competenze

• Strong foundation in 3D vision and geometric computing, through a PhD or Master’s degree plus 3+ years of industry experience.
• Strong background in multi-view geometry including camera models and bundle adjustment.
• Experience with SfM/SLAM pipelines or structured light systems.
• Proficiency in C++ and Python; able to write performance-critical code.
• Familiarity with point cloud and mesh processing tools (Open3D, PCL, CGAL).
• Experience with learned feature descriptors or neural depth estimation.
• Familiarity with differentiable optimization.
• Understanding of appearance capture and light calibration.
