AWS Infrastructure Services in Hong Kong seeks engineering professionals to own data center operations, taking responsibility for server and network hardware and software. You will join a diverse team and support on-site operations with shift work including weekends and holidays.

Role requires hands-on incident response, troubleshooting, and contributions to process improvements while upholding safety and security standards in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Knowledge of IT system hardware and network concepts.
• Experience in English-language communication, both written and verbal.
• 1+ years of server hardware troubleshooting or network equipment installation.

Mansioni

• 7x24 roster duty in data center operations.
• Incident first responder and onsite hands on support.
• Break-fix and troubleshooting according to process guidelines.
• Maintain proper media operations according to process guideline.
• Capacity landing and decommissioning according to process guideline.
• Site management and maintain tidiness in operation areas.
