Role Overview

The role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, effective team management, and end-to-end Business P&L ownership for the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of the bus industry ecosystem, including operator supply, agent networks, and local ground transportation dynamics.
• Establish and scale the Smart Bus brand across the assigned territory/zone.
• Build and manage a robust network of bus operators and travel agents, while driving brand visibility to generate ticket sales for
• buses.
• Oversee boarding operations and retail sales through travel agents, touts, and walk-in customers, ensuring smooth and compliant boarding procedures.
• Stay updated on intercity bus travel market trends and proactively identify opportunities to increase market share for buses operating in the assigned territory.
