Job summary

ReadyAssist in Bengaluru, India, seeks a senior Regional Manager to oversee North and East India, onboarding mechanics and towing vendors, and building a scalable aggregator network. You will set KPIs for Regional Managers and drive 100% order fulfilment within SLA while ensuring technology adoption across the region.

Lead cross-functional teams to improve service quality, optimize processes, and manage costs.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of CSAT, network development and operational excellence.
• Experience in performance management and SLAs within logistics or tech-enabled services.
• Proven track record in driving growth through leadership and strategy rollout.

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities :

Job Requirements :

• 10-17 years of experience in RSA/ Fin-tech/ Food-tech/ Auto-tech/ Urban Transport/ Logistics industry with expertise in Regional and Zonal Manager role with multi state operations
• Strong understanding of Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Network Development, Operational Excellence, Performance Management, Service Level Agreement (SLAs), Supply Chain Management.
• Proven track record of driving business growth through effective leadership and strategy implementation.
