Global Assure is seeking a Regional Network Manager North to lead network expansion and vendor management across the North Region. The role focuses on strengthening the service provider network, performance monitoring, and ensuring operational readiness.

The ideal candidate will have 3–8 years in network management, strong vendor relationship skills, and experience with RSA/assistance services. Travel across the North region is expected.

• Manage and strengthen the service provider network across the North Region.
• Identify, onboard, and develop new service partners/vendors to expand network coverage.
• Manage relationships with existing vendors, workshops, dealers, towing partners, and other network stakeholders.
• Ensure adequate network availability and service coverage as per business requirements.
• Monitor vendor performance against defined TAT, service quality, SLA, and operational parameters.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with network partners and drive corrective actions wherever required.
• Negotiate commercial terms, rates, and service agreements with network partners.
• Ensure timely resolution of operational and service-related issues with vendors.
• Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, Sales, and other internal teams for smooth service delivery.
• Track regional network performance and prepare regular MIS/reports for management review.
• Conduct periodic market visits and identify opportunities for network expansion and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company processes, documentation, and network onboarding guidelines.
• Monitor competitor/network trends and identify opportunities to improve service availability and efficiency.
• Handle escalations related to vendor performance, service quality, pricing, and customer experience.
• Maintain strong relationships with key regional stakeholders and business partners.
• Support new client/process launches by ensuring network readiness within defined timelines.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Regional Network Manager North to manage and strengthen our service network across the North Region. The role will be responsible for network expansion, partner/vendor management, service quality, performance monitoring, and ensuring operational readiness across the assigned region.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in network management, vendor/dealer relationship management, automotive/RSA/assistance services, and the ability to drive regional performance through effective stakeholder management.

Key Requirements

• 3-8 years of relevant experience in Network Management, Vendor Management, Operations, RSA, Automotive Assistance, Insurance, or related industries.
• Experience in managing regional networks and service partners will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of vendor onboarding, relationship management, negotiation, and performance management.
• Experience with automotive networks, workshops, towing/service providers, dealerships, or roadside assistance will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and operational requirements simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel across the assigned region as per business requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS/reporting..
