What you will do.

We’re looking for a dynamic and people-focused Zonal Head – HR (South) to be based at Hyderabad to lead Employee Relations and Engagement across our Southern region. This role is central to fostering a positive, transparent, and high-performance culture while partnering closely with business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive employee relations strategy aligned with business and culture.
• Act as a trusted advisor for grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues.
• Conduct ER diagnostics, pulse checks, and engagement audits to address concerns proactively.
• Lead regional engagement initiatives, events, and employee connect programs.
• Build capability among managers on progressive ER practices and culture leadership.
• Partner with leadership on attrition insights, people analytics, and retention actions.

What we are looking for.

• 5–7 years of HR experience with strong focus on Employee Relations / HRBP / Engagement.
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with a balanced, empathetic approach.
• Experience managing multi-location teams (preferably in BFSI / Fintech).
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
