Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Zonal Head Sales & Product Strategy to lead our business operations across the West Zone.

The candidate will be responsible for driving regional sales growth, managing overall profitability (P&L), expanding the distribution network, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening our product portfolio.

The role involves managing and growing business across product categories such as Tile Adhesives, Waterproofing Solutions, Mortars, AAC Blocks, and Concrete Admixtures.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the building materials or construction chemicals industry, excellent market knowledge, and established relationships with architects, builders, contractors, consultants, and project developers.
