Job Summary
The Zonal Head will be responsible for leading and managing the overall sales, business development, market expansion, and operational performance within the assigned zone. The role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, achieving business targets, strengthening the distributor and fabricator network, and building strong relationships with key customers, architects, consultants, and other stakeholders.
The Zonal Head will lead and motivate the regional sales team, monitor performance, identify new business opportunities, and ensure the successful execution of the company’s business objectives within the assigned territory.

Qualification and Experience
Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in Sales, Business Development, or Zonal/Regional Leadership, preferably in the Building Materials, uPVC, Windows & Doors, or Construction.
Reporting
The Zonal Head will report to the Senior Management.
