• Lead and manage all aspects of operations, sales, and academics within the zone
• Lead the P&L for a zone comprising 4–15 schools to ensure profitability

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve student enrollment targets and retention goals

Job Summary:

The Business Head– Group of Schools will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of operations, sales, and academics within their zone. This role demands strong business acumen, operational expertise, leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing large teams. Prior experience in school operations is highly desirable.
