Job Summary:

The Business Head– Group of Schools will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of operations, sales, and academics within their zone. This role demands strong business acumen, operational expertise, leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing large teams. Prior experience in school operations is highly desirable.

LeadtheP&Lforazonecomprising 4-15 schools, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.

Overseeday-to-dayschool operations, driving efficiency, compliance, and excellence in service delivery.

Lead,mentor,andmanage large cross-functional teams across operations, sales, and academics.

Developandimplementstrategies to achieve student enrollment targets and retention goals.

Ensurehighacademic standards and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
