Job summary

Zomato is hiring Live Chat Help Agents to deliver real-time online customer support from a work-from-home setup. You will handle order issues, app navigation, payments and delivery updates via chat, without calls, serving Pan India customers.

Ideal candidates have strong written English, basic computer skills, and the ability to multitask across chats. Freshers and experienced applicants are welcome with training provided and potential for growth in customer operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduates preferred).
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile apps.
• Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously.
• Customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
