WebBee is seeking a detail-oriented Zoho Payroll & Finance Executive to manage the end-to-end payroll cycle using Zoho Payroll and oversee salary administration. You will coordinate with HR and Finance to ensure accurate records, statutory deductions, and timely payroll processing.

• Manage PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, and other statutory deductions.
• Generate and verify payroll reports, salary statements, payslips, and payroll MIS.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee salaries.
• Handle Full & Final Settlement (F&F) calculations for exiting employees.
• Coordinate with HR for joiners/exits, salary revisions, attendance, and employee changes.
• Maintain payroll documentation and ensure data confidentiality.
• Assist with payroll reconciliation and payroll-related financial reporting.
• Coordinate with Finance and HR for payroll accounting entries.
• Maintain records for audits and compliance.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Zoho Payroll & Finance Executive who has hands-on experience managing payroll processes using Zoho Payroll along with a strong understanding of finance and accounting operations.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling the complete monthly payroll cycle, maintaining employee salary and payroll records, managing statutory deductions, preparing payroll reports, and coordinating with HR and Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end payroll process using Zoho Payroll.
• Maintain accurate employee salary, attendance, leave, and payroll-related records.
• Process monthly payroll, including salary calculations, deductions, reimbursements, incentives, and adjustments.
• Manage PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, and other applicable statutory deductions.
• Generate and verify payroll reports, salary statements, payslips, and payroll-related MIS.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee salaries.
• Handle Full & Final Settlement (F&F) calculations for exiting employees.
• Coordinate with the HR team regarding new joiners, exits, salary revisions, attendance, leave, and employee changes.
• Maintain payroll-related documentation and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with payroll reconciliation and identify and resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Support monthly and annual payroll-related financial reporting.
• Coordinate with Finance and HR for payroll accounting and salary-related entries.
• Maintain proper records for audits and compliance requirements.
• Stay updated with changes in payroll, taxation, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Provide support during payroll audits and internal financial reviews.

Mandatory Requirements

• 24 years of relevant work experience in payroll and finance operations.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Zoho Payroll.
• Strong understanding of payroll processing and salary calculations.
• Experience in a Finance / Accounts / Payroll department.
• Good understanding of PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and payroll compliance.
• Experience handling employee payroll data and maintaining confidential information.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with other Zoho applications such as Zoho People, Zoho Books, or Zoho Expense will be an advantage.
• Experience working in a technology/SaaS or startup environment will be preferred.

What We Are Looking For

We are specifically looking for someone who is already experienced in working on Zoho Payroll and can independently manage day-to-day and monthly payroll activities. Candidates with only general payroll experience but without hands-on Zoho Payroll experience may not be suitable for this position.
