Job Title: Payroll Specialist (Zoho Payroll)

Location: Industrial Area, Phase- 8B, Mohali, Punjab

Shift: Night Shift (4:30 PM – 1:30 AM, 5 Days Working)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist with 0–2 years of experience using Zoho Payroll software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and maintaining accurate employee compensation records.

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll using Zoho Payroll or related Zoho applications
• Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, deductions, bonuses, and reimbursements
• Maintain and update employee payroll records and data
• Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESI, TDS, and other applicable regulations
• Generate payroll reports and reconcile discrepancies
• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll inputs and approvals
• Address employee queries related to payroll, taxes, and payslips
• Ensure timely salary disbursement and adherence to payroll schedules
• Assist in audits and ensure proper documentation of payroll records

Required Skills & Qualifications (Mandatory Criteria)

• Must have 1+ years experience in either:
• Any Foreign accounting, OR
• Indian vendor invoice processing / vendor payments / payroll handling
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Payroll (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in handling payroll for multiple locations or large employee bases
• Knowledge of Zoho Books / Zoho People
• Certification in payroll or HR operations (a plus)
