Develop workflows, functions, and Deluge scripts.
Design REST API integrations and webhooks across Zoho and external apps.
Perform data migration, mapping, cleansing, and bulk import/export.
Create workflow automations to improve efficiency.
Coordinate UAT, troubleshoot issues, support deployment.
Prepare documentation and user guides; conduct training sessions.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Zoho Functional Consultant / Zoho Implementation Consultant with 36 years of hands‑on experience in implementing, customizing, and integrating Zoho applications for business requirements.
The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical knowledge of the Zoho ecosystem, with expertise in requirement gathering, business process mapping, solution design, configuration, customization, automation, integrations, data migration, UAT, user training, and post‑implementation support.
The role requires strong client‑facing and stakeholder management capabilities, along with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable Zoho‑based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders and translate them into effective Zoho solutions.
Conduct business process mapping and identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
Lead end‑to‑end Zoho implementation and customization activities based on business requirements.
Configure and customize Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho People, Zoho Contracts, Zoho Sign, Zoho Flow, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Projects.
Develop custom applications, workflows, functions, and automations using Deluge scripting.
Design and implement REST API integrations, webhooks, and third‑party integrations across Zoho and external applications.
Perform data migration, data mapping, data cleansing, and bulk data import/export activities.
Develop and configure workflow automations to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes.
Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful solution deployment.
Prepare functional and technical documentation, process flows, configuration documents, and user guides.
Conduct user training and knowledge‑transfer sessions for clients and internal stakeholders.
Provide post‑implementation support and troubleshoot functional, configuration, integration, and automation‑related issues.
Manage client communication and stakeholder expectations throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Recommend best practices and scalable solutions within the Zoho ecosystem.
